A word about me...

Curious and knowledge-starved. Those two words describe me in the most suitable way.
My name is Dariusz Dębicki and I live in Gdynia (54°31'04"N 18°32'26.5"E), a port city in Poland, Europe.
Ancient civilizations and prehistoric times are my interests since I remember. I cannot define a precise moment when I started to read Erich von Däniken's publications, but his books opened my mind to mysterious times we had almost forgotten. But our ancestors have really existed and built all those incredible ancient cities and megalithic structures we can see now as ruins.
Sometimes it's really difficult, even for experienced researcher, to find out exact locations of many places featured in books, movies or any other publications. That was always annoying inconvenience for me and finally became one of main reasons I have decided to create this web site. I intend to collect them in one place, add some maps, files, descriptions and bits of my own opinions. I hope you will visit my site frequently. It will be constantly developed. My goal is to have a community forum and some other interesting features here. So please come back to my site, check it out again and be surprised with its new content!

My special thanks to Mr. Isaac Bates, who unwittingly inspired me to start this project and was so kind to share his supportive opinions.
The author on his search for megalithic stones on Swedish island of Öland, between Smedby and Gettinge.
